Abstract：In process of auto-switch-on device the testing, the traditional way is short on-off input by many persons to work in coordination to test auto-switch-on device reliability. Auto-switch-on device testing and bus tie circuit-breaker inspecting can not work crossing parallel operation causes inefficient.On the basis of protective relaying and control circuit principle, practical auto-switch-on device tester is designed and developed.Practical auto-switch-on device tester can closing and opening like circuit-breaker, which can simulates auto-switch-on device function and circuit-breaker behavior to raise working efficiency.It reduces interference in cross-jobs with other working team, for shortening testing time and improving testing efficiency.
