Design of Integrated Monitoring System for Supervisory Control of Leakage Current in Low Voltage Network

Abstract:This paper designed a low-voltage power grid leakage current comprehensive monitoring system, composed of intelligent leakage protection circuit breakers, data concentrator and main monitoring station. Intelligent leakage protection circuit breaker can gather the load and leakage current in real time and record the information of fault trip, transfer the data to the data concentrator with ZigBee network. Data Concentrator can not only integrate data, but also forwarded to the main monitor station via GPRS network. Main monitor station uses fault location algorithm to locate the fault zone and remotely control the sub-closing of breakers, isolate fault zone and realize the power restoration of non-faulted lines. The system improves the reliability of power supply, with good economic returns.
