Abstract:The power battery is one of the core technology of the electric vehicle application, the application need to charge and discharge management, the EV charger can turn AC to DC, added to the power battery energy; This paper introduce the design method of EV charger based on LLC converter; LLC resonant circuit charger work at resonant frequency to achieve ZVS and ZCS, reduces the switch voltage stress, the switching loss is reduced, and improve the charging efficiency; through the analysis of the working characteristics of the LLC resonant circuit, parameter design principle of the converter is studied and according to the analysis design prototype test, and obtain a better test results.
