Research on the Evaluation Method of Power Grid Science and Technology Project based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

According to the characteristics of power grid science and technology project, a comprehensive evaluation method of the project is put forward. Based on hierarchical analysis method, the power grid science and technology project evaluation index system is established. The calculation method of evaluation criteria and the quantitative analysis methods for comprehensive evaluation of power grid science and technology project scheduling are determined. The contribution of the evaluation index to the evaluation results is taken into account, the comprehensive score of the evaluation sample is more precisely. The effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by the evaluation and analysis of a smart grid demonstration project.
