Abstract：Squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is one of the most widely used motor, but squirrel- cage three-phase asynchronous motor rat cage fracture failure is a common fault of this kind of motor, this paper follow the pump motor in a power plant due to reconstruction of energy-saving requirements by single speed motor for double speed motor, run after a period of time, many articles electric motor to turn the mouse cage appear to break phenomenon, through the analysis about the cause of the problem, and the cause of the problem of motor rotor process improvement, and achieved a certain effect.
