Abstract：Power distribution network is to meet the growing demand for power supply, but its development is limited by the amount of capital, operating force and other factors, there is a problem of merit. According to the actual situation of distribution network operation, this paper puts forward the concept of project urgency analysis, and takes the urgency of improving the objective function and the project investment not to exceed approval as the constraint condition to construct the project decision assistant decision model. The urgency calculation is based on the improved analytic hierarchy process. Examples show that the results of the research can ensure the use of the limited funds in the distribution network, and the power supply reliability and power quality can be improved steadily.
