摘要 本文提出了一种基于脉冲宽度调制技术的新型三相三开关降压型整流器。通过在传统三相桥式不可控整流电路各桥臂添加可控开关,实现了对各个桥臂的主动控制,根据开关管功率损耗和交流侧谐波电流的分析,得到了一种最小功率损耗的调制方式。该电路拓扑具有结构简单、可控开关管数目少、控制方便等特点,可实现从交流到直流的整流降压功能,同时具有网侧电流畸变率低、直流输出电压稳定等优点。最后通过仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,证明此种电路拓扑的良好特性,具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:A novel three-phase three-switch buck-type rectifier based on pulse width modulation technology. The rectifier has realized the active control of each bridge arm by adding controllable switch in each bridge arm of the traditional three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit, according to the switch tube power loss and the analysis of the ac side’s harmonic current, a modulation method based on minimum power loss is presented. The circuit topology has the advantages of simple structure, less number of controllable switch tube, and easy control, which can realize the function from ac to dc buck rectification, the circuit topology also has a lot of satisfactory characteristics such as small aberration rate of ac side’s current and stable dc output voltage etc. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation, and it is obvious that the circuit topology with satisfactory characteristics will be wide use in the foreseeable future.
