Abstract:Against the backdrop of deepening integration of industry and education, the cultivation of talents in electrical majors needs to break through the traditional mode of theoretical indoctrination to meet the urgent demand of the industry for innovative talents. As the core carrier of industry-education integration, the “project-driven” approach provides students with immersive innovative practice scenarios by introducing real enterprise projects into the teaching process. Based on the disciplinary characteristics of electrical majors, this paper analyzes the mechanism of project-driven approach in cultivating innovative abilities, and explores the existing problems in current practice, such as projects being disconnected from industrial needs, imperfect guidance systems, and a single evaluation standard. Furthermore, it proposes specific cultivation paths from four dimensions: construction of project system, development of dual-teacher teams, the remolding of teaching modes, and innovation of evaluation mechanisms. Combined with case studies to verify its effectiveness, this paper aims to provide references for deepening the industry-education integration and cultivating innovative talents in electrical majors.
