Abstract：The process of electrical equipment condition monitoring should be a closed-loop from entrusting、detection、analysis、troubleshooting、feedback and redetection. Detection can be directive for equipment running only by forming a closed-loop management. But some equipment users didn’t give enough importance on detection result. When the hidden dangers were handled out, they didn’t tell the detection unit. It is not conducive to the detection unit summary of equipment running experience. The article explained the importance of the closed-loop management base on infrared thermal imaging、power quality、partial discharge detection by three cases from detection unit, to attract users pay enough attention to the condition monitoring of closed-loop management. Thus the two sides can achieve common equipment stable long run goal.
