摘要 某110kV断路器保护装置在试验工作中,当测试操作箱防跳跃回路的功能时,发现断路器在合上位置,且重合闸出口压板投入时,通过测控屏上的合闸把手保持合闸指令,然后发出跳闸指令,断路器跳闸后会再次合闸,而防跳保护没有实现防跳功能。分析得知,主要是因为同期手合时合闸指令的返回时间比重合闸返回时间快造成的。本文提出并进行了针对此类操作箱防跳跃回路正确试验,且分别在不同厂家装置上进行试验,证明防跳保护可靠,实现了防跳跃功能。这对保护测控装置定检、验收和防跳跃回路故障排查等均具有一定的参考作用和指导意义。

Abstract:In one periodic test on the anti-bouncing circuit of 110kV circuit breaker protection and monitoring device, we found if we sent a tripping order after switching on circuit breaker and keeping switching dictation by the switching handle on measurement a control panel, circuit breaker didn't switch after tripping, but circuit breaker will switch again after tripping if the outlet pressure plate of auto-reclosure was adopted. The anti-bouncing circuit implemented actually. It is considered due to the return time of switching dictation of synchronization was faster than that of auto-reclosure. The suggestion and test method were proposed for such an operation box anti-bouncing circuit. And it has certain reference and practical significance for scheduled check, acceptance, and troubleshooting, etc.
