摘要 首先介绍了继电保护状态评价标准的组成。然后对比分析了Q/FJG 10097—2011《福建省电力有限公司继电保护状态评价导则》和Q/GDW 11285—2014《继电保护状态评价导则》的异同。结合福建电网继电保护状态检修实施经验,对《继电保护状态评价导则》进行了深入分析,说明新标准对实际检修工作产生的影响。最后通过新标准在福建电网的应用,说明新标准改进了现有状态检修评价工作。

Abstract:This paper introduced the components of state assessment of relay protection. Then, Q/GDW 11285—2014 was compared with Q/FJG 10097—2011 to show the difference. Combining with implementation of condition-based relay protection maintenance in Fujian power grid, the new standard was analyzed in depth and the influence of it on condition-based maintenance was expounded. Finally, new standard was tentatively implemented in Fujian power grid. The result shows that new standard improves state assessment of relay protection.
